There are many healthy things that children hate to eat and being a mother I am always tensed about how can I feed them with healthy and nutritional food. Food that is good for the health doesn’t exactly taste good, but it can be made in such a way that kids love it and the taste is completely changed. As a mother, I always try to experiment and fusion food items so that my child likes eating them. Shakes

Shakes can become kids’ favorite drink in a really quick time. Fruits like banana, strawberry, and mangoes can be blended well with milk and a few drop of honey can be added for natural sweetness. This shake can provide the child with proper nutrition and can also be used as meal replacements.
