There are some happy memories or moments that you will never be able to erase from your mind. Sometimes even the smallest effort or help by someone, become a memory for a lifetime. There are multiple situations in life where you need help from someone, and what if the person helps you even when you did not ask for it. What will be the feeling? Amazing right? I am glad that Arial has come up with the # ShareTheLoad Movement where I can share something that has been in my heart for quite a long time.

My story of # ShareTheLoad

My story starts a few months back when I was working as a corporate employee. Being a corporate employee, I had to attend several meetings every day. One day I had multiple meetings planned which were to begin at 8 in the morning and continue till evening. To be honest, I was not worried about what was going to happen in the meeting, all I was worried about that I will have to do all the pending housework after the meeting gets over.
But I had a savior that day. My husband performed all the housework. He cooked us food, washed the utensils, and cleaned up the house. That day he turned out to be my laundry partner as well. He #ShareTheLaundry and cleaned up all the dirty clothes. I was very surprised and happy to see him helping me out while I was attending the meetings. After the meeting, I asked him how this happened, and he simply answered that it is no hard and fast rule that only a female must do all the household work. Even men can do these things. This is the most surprising realization moment of my husband and it is stored in my heart. Even my son, who is three years old, helps me out in small household work. Nowadays they both have become my # ShareTheLoad partner.

# ShareTheLoad brings happiness

Doing household work and managing office work is tiring. It is always special when some are there to help you and share the load with you. Completing tasks together becomes easier and on this course, our relationship and bond become stronger. When I am caught up in some work, I can ask my husband to help me out because he understands that even men can perform household work.
Just like my husband, everyone should understand that it is only women who are tied up with performing all the household activities like cooking, cleaning, laundry, taking care of the child, etc. Even the men can do it and should do it. Sharing the load brings us closer and we make uncountable memories on the course. So, I would urge everyone that you should share the load with your partner irrespective of whether you are a man or a woman because #ShareChoresMultiplyLove and strengthens the relationship.
